Shipping policy

1. Delivery Method

All services and digital assets (like logos, websites, or reports) are delivered electronically.

There is no physical shipping involved for our digital services.

The final deliverables will be sent to the client’s registered email address or shared via secure cloud storage links.

2. Delivery Timeline

Standard Services: Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days after receiving all necessary information and payment from the client.

Custom Projects: For larger projects (like full website development), the timeline will be as per the agreement signed at the start of the project.

We strive to meet all deadlines; however, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to technical issues or pending client approvals.

3. Shipping Charges

Since all products are delivered digitally, there are Zero (NIL) shipping charges.

4. Confirmation

Once the service is delivered or the digital asset is sent, you will receive a confirmation email.
